Stole $588 dollars from my 78yo mom. I just wanted to warn everyone about Capital Plumbing formally Jim Harris. 2 guys came out to install my mom's dishwasher. There for a couple of hours. Asked for $244. They didn't get it running. Next day they came back worked for 2 hours asked for $244 again. But still didn't fix it. Another plumber comes out and a part was installed backwards. Fixed it quick charged $100. Don't get ripped off.

Set up an appointment days in advance. Received a date that the plumber would arrive, which was today. They were a NO CALL/NO SHOW. A phone call to the business at 4pm revealed that they were already closed for the day. Answering service states to just call back tomorrow at 0730. Why? Apparently my business is not worth their time.10/18/22-Update, So we called AGAIN, my spouse is a better person than me-and they actually showed, and for right at $600, he put in a bathroom sink.FYI, They are now CAPITAL PLUMBLING, no longer Jim Harris Plumbing.

Harris Plumbing (now Capital Plumbing but same team) is the ONLY reliable company I have dealt with through these last few years when natural disasters have made it "acceptable" for companies to not have good business ethics. Harris has maintained the same policies as before the storms. No drama when they arrive, and they arrive on time. I always get a call when they are on their way. They don't "make up" issues. I like seeing a familiar face, Mando and Jason have always been knowledgeable and nice. And I like the fact when I do call, the secretary is friendly. Friendly, knowledgeable and ON TIME. That gets my business.Services: Water heater repair
