Craig was a true pleasure to work with. This was my first experience buying a home in the US in an area I was very unfamiliar with. Craig provided great guidance and was always available for all of our questions. His knowledge and expertise really gave us an edge during the offer process and we felt extremely comfortable with every part of the process knowing we could rely on Craig. If you want to sell your house, Craig will get it done! Living out of state and trying to sell a house in Texas, we tried to work with another realtor for a year with disappointment after disappointment. This was a very challenging transaction, but from the moment we contacted Craig, and we decided it was a good fit, he worked very quickly and efficiently.
