An incident occurred before receiving the service for which I was charged, receiving a call from the store, where it was not very pleasant but after that, I received very similar to the arrangement I ordered, and other items giving the good result for which the order was requested. Just as a suggestion, I hope they can solve the difference between the sales companies and the store, improving their quality and feedback. Anyway, thank you

Great customer service, have never been disappointed with arrangements. Friendly employees. I would say a little more expensive than a couple of places but you get what you pay for. Go for a bargain florist your gonna get bargain looking flowers. This is where I recommend if you get what you ask and pay for.

Vivians had been our family florist since 1960's. They have beautiful arrangement with quality flowers. I live in New Braunfels and still call them in Odessa when I need to send someone flowers. My mother was in the hospital and her flowers were missing for a while, I called and Vivians had hand delivered a replacement arrangement within 40 minutes of me calling to check on the delivery. Great service with pride that you just don't find much anymore.
