I called on a Tuesday and was able to set up an appointment for Wednesday morning. Joe came out and listened to the problems I described and immediately went to the roof and snaked out the clog. Very friendly and very professional. I actually expected it to cost more than it did. I highly recommend Stephens Plumbing.
