The onsite service was great and top notch. The customer service from the office and management was lacking. After taking them 4 months to sort things out on their end with the insurance company they couldn't wait for us to sort things out with the insurance company on our end. They contacted us almost daily about payment, even though it took them 4 months on their end. It felt like dealing with a car salesman.
No, this company is owned by the person who owns the Lubbock Rainbow International and working with them has been a nightmare!! They won't return my calls. I've tried contacting the owner and haven't gotten a response. This has been a horrible experience!!
