Shyla is just amazing overall her vibe and personality was amazing and my hair came out soooo cute! i was unsure if i wanted blonde or black so she offered a toner so i could easily change my mind if i wanted and it came out amazing

She advised on the best course of action (blending over time instead of immediately trying to lighten to silver). She seemed knowledgeable and confident in her opinion so I gave her free rein to make the changes she felt were best. I was not disappointed.
