WARNING!!!! RUN AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!! We knew a "realtor" (found out they are unlicensed) that works for this place. She painted such a perfect picture of owning our first house through them. No credit check (and they wouldn't report it to our credit), 5k down and the house was ours. She said after a year of paying a 15% interest rate, we would be able to refinance the house with a lender of our choice without the hassle of going through the process of buying a home. We lived at this home (which we did indeed love) for 3 years with absolutely no luck in refinancing the house. No lender would touch it. As soon as we would mention this company they would either laugh or tell us there is nothing they can do for us because there was absolutely no equity in the house. The only way we would be able to refinance is if we would of brought At least 10k to the closing table and that wasn't even a guaranteed number. We tried to sell the house but it would appraise for the value of the loan. We had already put 10k in renovations to a bathroom that was nonfunctional since the day we moved in. We would of had to put a new roof and floors for the house to of met the value of the loan. Angel (one of the owners) assured us we could "simply give the home back" if we wish to not live there anymore without telling us it would go through a FORECLOSURE process on the deed and title. So here we are trying to buy a house 5 years later and the deed to the house is still haunting us. They are CROOKS! Never do business with them. They'll paint the perfect picture for someone desperate for a home but will completely fuck you from beginning to end!

We were desperate to not be homeless, so we rented a home through this company. We didn't know about them first, we just needed a place to live. They are the most unprofessional people we have ever done business with. The house was a mess with damage when we moved in. Every time we asked for someone to fix something...IF it was worked on...it was just rigged up for a temporary fix. It was already overpriced, then after a year of us exceeding our end of the agreement, they raised the rent to $600 more than we were already paying. We found a much better place for cheaper with another more professional company. AN Finance won't give us back our deposits! DO NOT GO THROUGH THEM FOR ANYTHING! You can do better!

160,000 dollar home 18% interest 30 yr loan monthly payment of 1896.67 do the math and tell me what you end up paying for that home in the end! F.Y.I they don't check credit just so they can charge 18% intrest!
