I had moved to a new area and was fortunate to be referred to Nancy. We had a very shy cat we had adopted that I was certain would be terrified by strangers caring for her. But, we needed to visit our family, so we trusted she would be taken care of. Gracie was more than taken care of! She was loved and shown the patience needed to help her come out of her shell and socialized. Our home was well taken care of and secured also. And I received a very special diary of the visits given to Gracie. It is a treasure I will keep. It shows her progress out of her fear. I cannot say enough good things about Nancy and Brittany. Thank you Snuggles and Hugs for once again caring and loving our fur babies while we went on vacation .We have been using Snuggles and Hugs for years to watch over our babies both cats and dogs. Their care is beyond excellent. There is no stress or worry that everything is taken care of . We are reassured daily that our dogs and cats are happy and having fun with the wonderful pictures sent . Seeing their sweet happy faces made my day ! So reassuring when you’re on vacation.We recommend them highly !
My pups favorite place!!!!!! Everything about the experience is wonderful. These guys truly care about our furry family member as mush as we do. Pierre aka "Big Sexy" gets most excited when it is time to see Darryl and Nancy. Watching our lil fella get excited about his time at camp or boarding makes it truly priceless. Thanks for loving him
