“I had a great experience with Dr. Aka at Family HealthCare Associates. Dr. Aka listens carefully, conducts thorough checks, and explains everything very well. The waiting time was less than 10 minutes, and the supporting staff are experienced and excellent. Thank you, Doc!“
“Very knowledgeable guy, trustworthy. Have recommended multiple people to his practices.“
“My neck was hurting so bad when I went in for the very firts time. After the 1st visit I was not hurting any more. They gave me exercises to do at home to help. They are great!! I would recommended to anyone in pain.“
“Love love love this place. I’ve been getting allergy shots since February 21,2021 and it has been a life changer for me. I sleep and breathe better. I highly recommend this type of therapy.“
“I loveeeeee this place! I drive about 35-40 minutes just to come here. They are very professional and knowledgeable, very genuine and care about you. Everyone is so friendly and there is good energy here.
Corgis in the chiropractor put a smile on your face. Holly gave me the best massage of my life and genuinely worked out so much tension and knots. I left feeling soooo much better and always book out my appointments to take care of myself. They take insurance as well so that made the cost go down for me significantly. Life changing! Thanks. Love this place!!!“
“I really love this practice especially Dr. Stinnett. She is very thorough in her exam and explains anything you might have a question on. The one area they could improve on is their front desk staff. Anytime I call, I feel like it’s a huge inconvenience for them to answer questions or help me. For example, I needed a receipt for my FSA and asked if I could have one sent to me. The response I got was you’ll need to come pick up a printed copy, we don’t email. I find it odd that a dr. offices in 2024 can’t email a receipt. I work until 5 and it’s very hard to get all the way over to the office to pick up a receipt. I think they should be a little more inclined to help a patient with their questions vs. it feeling like it’s inconvenience for them and trying to get off the phone as fast as possible.“
