I took my daughter in last night and she wanted a pretty detailed nail design. She doesn't get her nails done very often so I gave in. Cindy did a wonderful job and even stayed late to finish! Everything was great and I appreciate her patience and making sure everything was just how my daughter wanted them to be. She was absolutely THRILLED with how they turned out!! Very pleased with the overall experience. We have been here several times before for manicures or pedicures and have always had good luck. I should have written a review then but last night I was truly impressed with the level of customer service and going the extra mile to make my girl happy!
Ken normally does my nails , who is the best, he but is off with a new baby so Anna did my nails. She did a great job! So sweet. Love everyone at La Vie.
Went to La Vie Nails. I requested Julie and she started my nails but the tips were not wide enough and they were very crooked. So I asked her to fix them and apparently she didn’t like that because she packed up her stuff and went to someone else. A nice lady named Anna came and took them off and started over and Thank God because she did an amazing job! Ken did my pedicure and did awesome. I would go back but not to Julie there was zero communication except in a language I don’t understand she just walked off and took another appointment.
