Such a horrible experience with this company. Owner seems very arrogant and clearly doesn’t have an organized system or employees. He doesn’t need your money so look for another builder.

I called for a quote to come out and measure the area we needed flooring for. I was met with a, "well we don't do that." A flooring company doesn't come out and measure to give customers quotes? That seems really odd to me but ok. She said I would just have to buy the carpet... But how would I know how much to order?!?!? I said I must have called the wrong number and I will try elsewhere. The ladies response was, "Ok good." I'm just amazed at the rudeness.

Very Shady! I ordered carpet and LVT from Sandra. Since the house was in Decatur they did not send their own person to measure and took our measurements. They installed the carpet in an incorrect room and then said we asked for it. Then they wouldn't send the same installers out to do the LVT so that crew ripped out the brand new carpet and put in the LVT. Huge miscommunications all around but as soon as I questioned why this happened communications turned ugly. Extremely disappointed and spent far too much money and have a huge roll of brand new carpet sitting in the garage. Also know that the 5 stars reviews that are on Google are from the owners and employees.
