Formal attire is part of my business as a Burlesque producer, so I take the care of my garments very seriously. They are always warning me of things to avoid, Best care practices and they are fast. I never have to wait more than a day for any service and most is done the day I drop it off...even when they tell me it could take longer. “I’m currently attending the “Woman Evolve 24” conference here in Arlington TX from NYC. I arrived here on an early Wednesday morning around 10am. I got my rental car and checked into the hotel then googled nearest cleaners to get a silk blouse and patent leather pleaded skirt steam to knock out the wrinkles from being folded in my suitcase & a blue jean pants suit that needed dry cleaning too. Town & Country Cleaners in Bedford was the closest cleaners near my hotel. When I got there, I was so nervous because I didn’t know if they would be able to steam my shirt & skirt on the spot (needed for 3pm luncheon). Mannnnnn listen, the lady at register was like give me a few minutes I got you. Also, she took my dry cleaning and said it would be ready the next day. Next day, I’m stuck at the conference the entire day trying to figure out when and how I can pick up my items so call the cleaners to see if they deliver. A guy picked up the phone and was like don’t worried about it, just give me the name of your hotel and I’ll drop off your items for you. I’m like wow and grateful at the same time.

I’m sorry that this is a long review but I had to explain the incredibly experience and fantastic service I received. The level of professionalism and prompt assistance in helping my dire need of assistance, impeccable. Again, thank you very much for everything.“

“I have no experience with their dry cleaning, but I am in awe of the customer service of Beth. I lost my AirPods at the Thompson in Dallas, and then they turned up at Gunn’s dry cleaning. Beth sprinted to save the AirPods from the laundry, and then spent multiple days and phone calls arranging them to get back to the Thompson, and ultimately me, safely.

I cannot believe the lengths Beth went through to get these back to me. Incredible. Absolutely astonishing service and care.“

“I walked into this business to get dry cleaning as I had an interview and did not have much time to do research or drive around looking. With that being said, as I walked in I was greeted by this Indian lady and I could tell she was upping all these fees as I requested for the shirts to be done by the following day in the morning. She goes on about how I need to pay $10 expedite fee; it's not the fee, but the energy of being conned and not being able to do anything so I move on about my day. Later I called to see if my shirts had been done and Mary who is the manager advised there shouldn't be a fee and Mary even took it off. God does exist and answer prayers especially when an individual is conducting business in a dishonest matter; what you give in is what you get out. Nonetheless the service is great and I do recommend this business only on the basis of utilizing Mary on every interaction since Mary was operating with integrity and honesty.“
