From conception to reality pleased with our new bathroom! Gary started the process by listening to our ideas and providing a fair bid for the process. We then worked with Bonnie and Michelle at the design centers who helped in our choices from tile to granite to paint color and everything in-between! The installation was next, demo went well, and the excitement started as the process proceeded performed by true craftsman, plumbing, tile work, new cabinets and paint all organized like a well-oiled machine. The final outcome was beyond our expectations, and we are truly pleased!! Next, on to the kitchen!!!!!
We recently used It’s Your Floor to renovate our new home in Southlake and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The friendly and professional staff were super knowledgeable and easy to work with, helping us in choosing and sourcing the perfect granite, stone, carpet and tile for our custom renovation ideas. The workers who came out and did the painting, carpet, granite and stonework were equally friendly and professional. They were always polite and respectful, and they all did their jobs beautifully. Everybody was on schedule and fast, and communication with the workers and the showroom was always a breeze. A special thank you to Michelle at the Davis Boulevard location for all her excellent follow up, making sure we were totally pleased every step of the way.
