I called late Sunday evening and to my surprise someone answered the phone. She said they could not come out that day but someone can come out at 9:00a-11:00a the next day. Phil got to my house around 9:00a. He worked really hard to get our unit running. He gave us different options and did not just try to sell us a new unit that would cost thousands of dollars. He got it working and said that they would come back out in the spring to service the unit. We really appreciate the work he did for us. This company is great and would highly recommend them.
