If you need home care services for yourself or a loved one, don't look anywhere else. I don't post a lot of reviews, but our experience with Home Well Care Services was amazing. We needed in-home care for my Mom who lives in Assisted Living and cannot be left alone. She was recuperating from oral surgery at our home. From the very first interaction with Rooha I knew we would be in good hands and they went above and beyond dropping everything to find a caregiver to help us with very short notice. Following a two week hospital stay due to a broken pelvis, I was in need of assistance once I went home. My daughter and I found HomeWell on-line and they provided prompt courteous service in answering our inquiry and immediately scheduled someone to come and provide me with daily care.My caregiver was Lorenza and she was phenomenal. From July until the end of September she came and assisted me with meal prep, housekeeping, laundry and transportation. She also became a good friend! Having to get a homecare giver is not an easy decision. I could numerous companies. Not very friendly and quick to get off phone. Not so with Homewell Care Services. Not only did they answer questions about their company, they took time to answer general questions. I met them the next day at my mom's to discuss needs. Next week they had a caregiver there and she has been absolutely wonderful. The office staff has also been great about communicating about scheduling and questions about billing. Again this is not an easy scenario but I am extremely thankful Homewell made it as easy as possible and would recommend them to anyone looking for a caregiver. ...read full review
