My USB-C port has been going out for some time now and I’ve gotten some scary quotes for replacing it. I took it in here just on a whim driving by and they fixed it in ten minutes at a fraction of the other quoted prices. The customer service was awesome as well! Saved the day big time!🤘
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I brought my iPhone in for repair with a crack and a small black splotch. After they finish repairing, I checked the phone through to make sure everything worked, when I realized now my back camera does not work. When I brought it to the young kids attention- he said he would take it to the back to wipe it off with alcohol. When he realizes something internally was damaged he calls the “owner” who come to find out left the store and was not returning. I then hear the owner trying to walk the kid through how to possibly fix it, when then he comes back out with my phone and states the work they did on my phone wouldn’t have damaged the back camera. I proceeded to tell him that was incorrect and showed him a video I had taken on my phone (with my back camera) 18 minutes before I dropped my phone of this morning- the video had date and time for proof- and the camera was 100% clear. Long story short they were trying to make me pay $200 for the front screen when they damaged my phone even more. I told them I refused to pay it until they fixed what they damaged. They wanted me to leave my phone with them over night and stated they would fix my back camera tomorrow. I explained I was 39 weeks pregnant and could not go without a phone. They still wanted me to pay the $200 and bring my phone back the next day to “fix” the rest. I refused that, how do I know they would actually fix it/trust them that they would fix it. I told them I had no problem paying it when it was all fixed, but would not pay anything until it was fully fixed and I’m working condition. After going round and round with them I demanded to put my old screen back on- and then they wanted to STILL charge me $50 for “their time” when either way I would be leaving with a worse condition phone from what I came in with?? Finally they put my old screen back on(no charge) but back camera still broken, and coincidentally when I make it to my car my whole screen is then broken and I can’t see anything besides colorful lines down the screen. THIS PLACE DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO DO BUSINESS!!! Even worse has people there left ALONE working that are not trained and do not know how to work on phones!!!! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND GO TO ANOTHER REPAIR SHOP. Lesson well learned and do not want anyone else to go through what I did!!! Reporting to BBB and apple since they are “apple certified”. this place needs to be investigated and shut down!!!!
