Just want to give a huge thank you and shout out to Bob Jay's Air Conditioning. This is the second time for two different problems our air Conditioner stopped working in over 100 degree weather and they were amazing to respond the same day or the next morning due to being out of town. We would recommend Bob Jay's to anyone with a plumbing problem. They do great work and they let you know what's going on through the whole process.
This is the second time I have had to have my AC worked on and both times I called Bob Jays. This time was a bit more of a system break down due to a heater coil and controlling board needing replaced. I called first thing in the morning to see if they had any openings and the receptionist (I forget her name, sorry) said about having an opening at around 12. Justin and JD called at about 9:30 and let me know that they had a cancellation and could come early. When they showed up, they came with everything they needed at that time. They ran a few diagnostics and found that a fuse was blown. They also did a quick operational check and discovered that my heater was running at the same time as the cooling system. Replacement was quick and was definitely the fix because I had a completely cool house a few hours after they were gone. Before they left, Justin and JD showed me a few things to help keep my system running and some small maintenance items I could take care of to help keep my costs down, keep my system running and not have to call for help so often. I really appreciate Bob Jay’s customer service and they’re speed/quality of work.
