It’s refreshing to still be able to find an honest man these days....My AC on my 5th wheel stopped cooling Sunday and I made a call to Scott... A couple hours later he was here with his number 1 sidekick (wife)...Up on the roof he went where he discovered that a capacitor had shorted out.... Not having one, he assured me he’d be back Monday... He did prepare me for the possibility of having to replace the entire unit if replacing this part didn’t fix the problem...Today (Monday) he show up with the part.... Where did he get it - salvaged from a unit he replaced earlier in the day!!! Cost to me - $20 vs $100 if ordered on line.....Back up on the roof he went, installed the part and we had glorious cold AC again!!!I want folks to realize he could have easily told me the part didn’t fix my problem and had me pay for an entire new unit which would have cost me in excess of $1,200 and I’d have been none the wiser!!!Scott thank you buddy!!! My hat goes off to a rare honest service technician!!!Rest assured I’ll be one of your strongest references!!!Thank you and God Bless!!!!
