S.a.f.e. Air Systems

We called SAFE systems to come out and assess why our air conditioning system was acting funny. They came out that day and they gave us a thorough assessment and diagnosis – basically our VERY old system was failing, and we could fix it or replace it. I wanted to discuss this big financial decision with my husband so they volunteered to fix it to get us through the weekend (with air) while we decided on how best to proceed. We took 1 day to decide…time to replace the system (15+ years was a good run. We knew it was time as this wasn’t the first incident). They were out within 2 days to install a new system. Steve and his boys showed up on time and were able to complete the process in 1 day. The owner Steve and his sons are so knowledgeable and kind. I have worked with many contractors in my day and have never encountered better service and communication with a company. I will never call another company. SAFE is reliable and consistent. All companies should adopt the SAFE philosophy.

This is one of the best companies we have ever dealt with. Everyone we worked with was knowledgeable, efficient, courteous, friendly and affordable. They installed a new AC unit and all new duct work in a very timely manner. We are extremely happy and have full confidence in all of the work they did. I think the fact that they are a family owned and operated business makes them take extra pride in the work they are doing. We would highly recommend them to anyone!
