I highly recommend this builder. My wife and I had Mullen Custom Homes build our lake house on Lake Livingston. From day 1, I was completely comfortable with Jim's honesty, professionalism and approach to our partnership. We were limited with respect to budget and Jim worked with us to design a fantastic home with great features for so much less than any other builder. I highly recommend Mullen Custom Homes.
