Most recently we had a pipe burst during the freeze and ever since the initial repair by another plumbing company, our plumbing issues increased ten fold. After suffering through two more visits from two different plumbing contractors, we found Lahrs plumbing. What an answer to our prayers. Doug is extremely knowledgable and after listening intently to our ongoing and escalating issues/saga, he knew exactly what was needed and resolved our issue in mere seconds. He also came back to install (2) toilets, (3) bathroom sink fixtures (which all leaked) and a kitchen sink fixture (which also leaked). And even made a trip to the store for parts. All in six hours!! In addition to his proven expertise in his field, he is also professional, a great listener, efficient and fairly priced. To us, he is a God send and an answer to a prayer. We had an on going septic issue for quiet some time with our home, I tried to litigate and converse with the owners for months over what was wrong and to no avail couldn't get anywhere as they wanted to put a bandaid on a broke leg. “Alejandro and his team were great. Wonderful communication and quick work. They have great technology to discover the issue and were able to explain the problem and options. We decided to do it right and fix the whole thing instead of just replacing a section of the main sewer line. (A joint coupling had failed and caused the two pipes to separate, causing a lip our sewage had trouble overcoming). Despite having to pay a lot for this job, I believe it is money well spent. We have a 5 year warranty, but I believe it will last longer as these men appeared to know what they were doing. I am completely satisfied with the work, the customer service and fast response time. Alejandro and Delvin both were great about educating me about my sewer lines.“
