Terrible, expensive and bad work, they charge you for the massage and hot towels, they do almost nothing or very little to your nails, they apply the color on your nail as you wear it, more than a spa it is stress, even cold water To soak hands, they do not remove raised skin or excess cuticle on hands or feet. Tom did my nails today the owner did my eyebrows. Both very very gentle , respectful, and professional. The guy that did my daughter nails (didn't get his name) was awesome as well. I enjoy when large businesses appreciates and value their customers. There are a million nail shops , but not all are appreciative of their customers. The owner had a conversation with me while he was doing my eyebrows, very interesting conversation and very informative. Thanks for making my daughter and I spa day special!
