It's hard for me to reach out and ask for help when I have always done my own networking and built my computers. I was having trouble with downloading updates and installing certain firmware on my system, and this man gave me steps that I over looked, over the phone. After a week of trying to diagnose and come up empty. I found that.. a corrupted OS usb that I bought from best buy was the culprit.. yeah I don't want to hear it lol.
