I must say that as a home owner since 1977, I have never had such a remarkable experience with any Air Conditioning company that I have had with Family Heating and Air from New Caney. The company is great to work with, they are extremely responsive regardless of what time of day I call. They understand that the Customer is key to their success as well as the quality of their work. I had to replace the evaporator Coil in our AC Unit. When our AC stopped working, I called and they were at my home within 2 hours, got a temporary fix in place within an hour and completed the final fix yesterday.
