Lizzy was our groomer and she did a great job with our girl! She cleaned up her mats without shaving her and cut her exactly the way I had asked, we will definitely be coming back!They also offer “curbside” so I was able to call them when I parked and they brought Bee out to my car and I paid from my car. This was extremely helpful so I didn’t have to unload my baby from her car seat and have to bring her in!
This was my pups first visit with Urban Mutts. They did an AMAZING job! She is 10, and this is the best she's ever been groomed. They took their time with her since she is a senior pup. They were helpful, insightful, and really took time to meet my pup's needs. Thank you thank you!! WE WILL BE BACK!!! :) :) :)
They did a great job with Charla. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because the grooming took an hour longer than promised. It was my first visit and even with that delay I will be taking her back. Jose really needs to have a counter person to help with phones, checking in and checking out. He's doing all these tasks while grooming at the same time. It's just not very efficient.
