This was such a quick and easy experience, great fast customer service! I left my sons phone for a few hours due to a cracked phone screen & brought my pickup receipt back to get it and it looked brand new! Thanks for all your help guys!

I was in Texas in November, dropped my phone and needed screen replaced. I looked up this place and saw great reviews, so decided to go there. I'm super glad I did. The wonderful person at the front desk looked at my phone and determined the screen was not broken. The glued on screen protector made it appear that way. She took my phone to the back, and they heated up screen to remove protector, cleaned it, and gave it back to me amazingly free of charge. Obviously I was thrilled. Truly outstanding people and service. No disappointments here.

Overall the experience was excellent. Thought the phone would be ready the next day to pick up. They close at 7 pm. They offered to stay open so I could pick it up. I declined and picked up the next day. Thank you for what you do!
