We recently bought a house and Patti McDaniel was our agent. We happened to get randomly assigned to her through Redfin and looking back on it we got so lucky. After the first time meeting her we knew we wanted to work with her. She’s friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely cares about her clients. If you’re looking for someone who is on your side and will got to bat for you, she’s your agent. She was so patient throughout the process and was great with our family during showings. When we do plan to sell she’ll be the one we go to.
