Terry cleaned and restored my mom's travertine floors after they'd begun to chip and been exposed to some pet stains. It was a big 2-day job, which including moving furniture, and they felt comfortable having him do the work while we were out of town after meeting with him to receive a quote. Terry is super professional and also very personable. Terry himself came out to give a quote and do the job instead of sending out a less experienced employee, which was a welcome change from other "local" companies we've used. He also left some supplies for touch-ups since travertine requires more upkeep than realized.

Terry is the heart of New Braunfels and should be cherished in this community! I called all the carpet cleaners in my city, and Terry was the only one that answered on the first call. My dogs have peed on the carpet, and I was in need of a carpet cleaner desperately as I was having guests over in two days. Terry listen to me and understood what my needs were. He made sure to come to my home in the time crunch that I needed him and let me know that I didn't need as much service that I requested. he help me save money and didn't just come to make money and give me a service that I did not need. Terry is kind respectable and did a very thorough job. My house was odor free by the time he left. I will forever recommend Terry's services, and I will forever use him as long as I am living in the city, he deserves all the recommendation! Thank you Terry, and hope to bring you business soon.

Terry is very dependable, friendly and does a great job. I have known him since he started his business. He cleaned the floors at New Braunfels Utilities where I worked way back when he started his business and we never had a complaint about the quality of his work.Service: General carpet cleaning
