Howard & the Sunset Memorial team in New Braunfels are the kindest & sweetest ppl I’ve meet. The hardest thing I’ve ever had to do was plan my son’s funeral & their kindness was/is so greatly appreciated. I had originally picked somewhere else but felt off so I called Sunset, from the moment Howard answered the phone I knew I had found the place that would put me at ease through the process! I can’t thank them enough for all they did & are continuing to do.
I grew up in New Braunfels and my mother lived there her whole life. Losing my mom was harder than I ever imagined. The staff at Sunset Memorial were incredible helping us get through this challenging time. We met with Howard Holderfield one of the directors and he is absolutely one of the nicest human beings I have ever met (that says a lot since I have worked in the medical, ministry and education fields, meeting lots of people). I am beyond impressed with the owners and staff here at Sunset Memorial Oaks. From the beautiful and peaceful areas to the caring director Howard who continues to give his time to volunteer for my seniors and the community for our veterans. Great people who know how to get you through a tough season helping families manage this process… they make families feel like you Are Family.
