“Beth bush is a true find. I’ve used her services twice. Once as a buyer and once as a seller. As a buyer she gets to know you and your likes and dislikes and what matters to you. This way when it comes to doing a search for a home you aren’t wasting time looking at houses that don’t meet criteria. She has a strong network that allowed us to see homes that were even pre-listing. That being said, she was still open to looking into homes that caught our eyes.
As a seller, I can’t say enough. My mother’s house was an older home that was in desperate need of an update among other things. I had originally considered using a “I buy ugly houses” company. Luckily I already had a relationship with Beth that allowed me to reach out and get a second opinion. She was an amazing resource for everything. Her appraisal was way more than I expected and she worked diligently to find the buyer that appreciated the value that the house had to offer. The pictures were beautiful. Actually made me second guess if I really wanted to sell it. She was very hands on, getting ready for photos she even offered to vacuum while we were putting the last minute touches on other areas.“
