My fridge was broken. Karl was able to advise whether to repair or replace over the phone, saving me a trip charge. (it would have been too expensive to fix). Then my washer stopped spinning. Same thing. He figured out over the phone that it was probably something minor. Karl came out the next day and worked his magic. He is very knowledgeable. But I mostly appreciate his honest expert diagnosis over the phone, not wanting to waste your time or $$. Very fair pricing too. Thank you, Karl!

Karl came out to repair the water dispenser in my refrigerator. He discovered it was blocked by a piece of ice and worked on it until the ice melted and the water was running through the dispenser! He was diligent and so very patient. Thank you, I greatly appreciate it.
