I have a lot of light sensitivity from an old injury. The person at the desk was professional, compassionate, and competent. If Morgan wasn't working that night I probably wouldn't have got a membership. Cheers!
My account had fraudulent activity and had to be closed. This caused my auto draft to not clear for PBT. Anna was super helpful, and very knowledgeable in explaining how I could add a new card and pay the previous month. She was also very helpful in explaining how I could transfer my account from one store to another. On top of that, I was allowed to tan the full time ... unlike at San Marcos. Customer service has always been exceptional at the New Braunfels store. Thank y'all!! ❤️
As a walk-in, and total newbie, I loved my experience. The girls working the front were very busy today, I guess with the summer season starting, but they handled every customer and question and issue well. Great location, great service, very affordable tan! I've had experiences where staff at other places hasn't always made a newbie feel very welcome, but they were literally the best and very helpful. Makes me know I can come back here and be taken care of.
