Linda, has been a blessing to my family. I first started going to her back when she was located at the outlet mall. She then moved to another location, without hesitation I followed her. Now she has her own area and my loyalty is and will always be with her and her company. She has always went above and beyond and then some for my families situation. She has always been transparent in the products she recommends to me and my family. Her eyewear lasts and while it is slightly higher than some other places. I got a cat scratch in my eye, and I called them for advice. They gave the info I needed to get me to the right place in time. Turns out the ER might not be your best first stop for this kind of thing. Their knowledge and network and quick thinking saved my eye. Not even kidding.

We have shopped here for several years and the staff have always been the most knowledgeable and friendly. We would much rather shop at the New Braunfels Optical Shoppe than some big chain store who do not really care about their customers.
