My first visit was outstanding. All the staff were extremely friendly and it was a quick and easy process to check in the first time as all needed documents were requested via text message and I was able to complete them from my phone before my appointment. My hygienist, Brittany was great! She was very thorough with my cleaning and provided me a lot of detail about the condition of my teeth and gums and made sure everything was perfect before I saw the doctor. Dr. Albrecht was very friendly and professional and he made my dental health a priority! I was in great hands the entire time. The office is top notch and decorated beautifully! Very friendly and professional staff, very nice offices, seem to have the latest technology. Also really liked Dr. Albrecht. I would definitely recommend Dr. Albrecht to anyone looking for a dentist in New Braunfels.
Found them a couple years ago. 1st appointment went great. Needed cleaning and second opinion on implant. Dr. Albrecht examined tooth and found it to be strong and firmly rooted. Allowed me to delay implant costs until it becomes necessary if at all. Also he was able to clean teeth and fit me for a crown that same day! Week later crown was in my mouth. Best crown fit ever had. Perfect, no high or low bites. Very friendly staff and really nice waiting room...... No elevator music either. Drop in and let Dr. Albrecht, Brooke and River take care of you!!
