Great people. They were very friendly and kind. They fully explained my dental health and options to improve it. Nice office that is easy to drive to. They have ample parking. They answer the phone when you call. That is important to me. I highly recommend them.
Dr. Heinrich and his staff are wonderful. My crown cracked on a Wednesday night during dinner. I called their office first thing Thursday morning to ask if there was anything I could do to help it last until the following Monday, as I was flying out in a few hours to go see my grandkids. They told me to come right in. Dr Heinrich removed the broken crown, put a temporary one on my tooth, and scheduled my next appointment all in under two hours. I am so grateful that they were willing to work me in and help solve my problem. Everyone in this office is so caring and professional.
I recently had to change dentist and chose New Braunfels Dentists. So glad that I chose them as this has been the best dental office I've ever been to, and I have been to many over the years! They are very thorough, caring and kind. I highly recommend them!
