Vanna did it again! Each and every visit is as awesome as the previous one. My magenta nails with the white and yellow flowers were such a hit with the children I teach that they told me to keep them the same. Lol The kids love them as much as I do!

Vanna did such a beautiful job on my nails. She shaped them perfectly and followed the curves of my natural nails. She was accommodating to my OCD tendencies and worked hard to get them just right for me. She even added little hearts "for the children" in my pre-school class. So adorable Elite! Elite nail salon offered me snacks and drinks, and even had healthy options. They were kind, friendly and personable. The forty minute drive was completely worth it. Thank you Vanna! You're the BEST! “I was recommended to this location after trying several nail places in the SA area and being left unsatisfied with the quality at other nail salons. Frenchie's is clean, bright, and they really take sanitation seriously. Because of this, all customers are required to wash their hands (using a wonderful smelling soap) before moving into the service area, there are no jets in the foot tubs, and there are no massage chairs in need of constant sanitation. I was assigned to Sadie, who is still pretty new to the salon, but I had a great experience. She was very careful and considerate while doing my nails and made sure I was fully satisfied before moving on to the next step. I got some real nail art for the first time ever, and Sadie did a GREAT job! I showed her some pictures of Mexican embroidery style nail art, and she was a pro at using it as inspiration. Because Sadie is newer and was being very, very careful, it did take a lot longer for my manicure than expected. We simplified the art on most of the nails to shorten the time, but it still took almost 2 hours. I was satisfied with the results, but I did have to reschedule my pedicure as Frenchie's was closing by the time the manicure was finished. I went back for my pedicure a week later and saw Sadie again, and she did a great job on my toes as well (no designs, just regular polish). The massaging portion of both the mani and pedi left a bit to be desired as well, but again I put that down to inexperience. Sadie will get better with time, as we all do with experience. My one real complaint is that the pricing for nail art is very unclear. On the website when you book, it is listed at $5 a nail, which should have been $50 max (it is a little less if you get less advanced designs) but when I went to checkout I was told the normal charge is $1 PER MINUTE. I find this to be a bit insane, honestly. No one was timing how long it took her per nail once she started the actual art, and I can't imagine they would be charging a customer $1 extra per minute starting from the beginning of the manicure. I was told that I would just be charged an extra $40 "this time" but that wasn't the normal charge. It did leave a bit of a bad taste in my mouth, and I'm not sure that I would ever get real nail art from here again due to these pricing issues.“

“I went back to Lotus after realizing I never should’ve left. I had Helen for the first time ever! I’ve always had Tony or Bii. Helen did exactly what I wanted and even gave some suggestions to make my nails look better. I’m so happy I went back. Never be afraid to tell them if your nail techs if you don’t like something. I’ve learned the hard way and feel bad if I do but as Helen said “how do we know if you don’t tell us”

“Best Salon in town. I like my hair cut a certain way. Long with lots of layers to add body and movement. Surprisingly it is difficult to find a stylist who can cut my hair the way I really want it. Allen does an amazing job! I will not let anyone else near my hair after having gone to him!

The atmosphere is chic and relaxing. Very clean upscale boutique salon. Everyone who works there is very professional and friendly. And Allen is just absolutely amazing! He is not over priced and takes his time to give quality services to each client. He never rushes you out of the chair but makes sure each visit is catered to you and you get exactly what you want.

Seriously, I will never go anywhere else!!
