Very happy with the responsiveness and professionalism of this business. After my water heater failed, Karen quickly identified a highly qualified technician (Cody) to come out and install a replacement. Cody completed the installation quickly and professionally, providing explanation and helpful advice along the way, and left things at least as tidy as they'd been before. Highly recommend.
By far the best Plumbers in New Braunfels. Their customer service and dedication to their clients is unmatched. On one occasion we had any emergency on a job site where a valve broke while disconnecting a washer. Made the call to the office and a service tech was there in 30 mins. The other time was a personal call. We were having trouble with our new build plumbing and I wanted a second opinion and some advice. They scheduled a time for someone to come out and surprisingly it was the owner, Joshua. Jared from Mr. Rooter was able to clear the main line sewer clog at my house after another company tried twice & failed. And, he quoted me a better price than the first company for the pipe section replacement repair that needs to be done to prevent future clogs. Mr. Rooter will be my go to for all my future plumbing needs!
