What a blessing Kenny Lux and his staff were to us during our loss. The compassion, kindness, and guidance during our unusual situation was above and beyond. We are so grateful to them for being there for us and helping us grant the last wishes of our loved one.
Losing a loved one is never easy. When my mother passed away suddenly at a hospital here in New Braunfels, the ICU staff gave me a booklet with listings of funeral homes to choose from to pick up my mother’s body. I chose Lux because of a recommendation from a hospital staff member and it’s only a few minutes from my house. The 2 people that came to pick up my mom were kind and very professional.

I can’t speak highly enough of the service received from Lux Funeral Home. Our coordinator Katie was so helpful, attentive to every detail every step of the way. We were so pleased with the end results, our memorial service was so special and honoring to my mother-in-law. Every staff member we dealt with was so kind and helpful but our coordinator Katie was especially great at everything she did for us. Preemptively acting and asking us about matters we didn’t think of. I highly recommend Lux.
