It is so hard to find the perfect builder. There will always be things that do not go right, but you will be so thankful that you have a builder that will work with you.
Kurk Homes, especially Misa, their Home Warranty guy, has really gone above and beyond to try to make us whole.
Coming out to our home and trying to do whatever he can to make us happy.
He really truly cares about Kurk home's clients.
We are so blessed that Tim, the owner hired Misa, who truly hears us and wants to make Kurk clients happy

We had our custom home built by Kurk Homes. We did initial design and then finalized with Kurk Homes Architect. It was a great experience. Lorenzo was great to work with. He kept us up to date as we were out of town for a couple months during construction. We were delivered a great home, just as we had hoped for. I would definitely recommend Kurk Homes.

Great builders , great communication . Check out their standard features and warranties . Unbeatable . Just moved in . House is so cozy. The insulation is fantastic . Energy consumption has halved compared to last house . Big freeze this week too. Couple small things and they already are arranging to take care of. Picture is 95%. Wrapping porch etc to finish
