Jennifer is amazing. She had so much patience with me. She always returns my emails and phone calls if I leave a message or she always answers my calls. Very lovely lady. She allowed me to always check out samples and return them. She was very quick to always get me my quotes on anything I asked for.

We purchased carpet from Hoffman floors to recapped our home. During the process, we worked with Jennifer and she was very helpful. She was knowledgeable, patient, friendly and made some great suggestions to help us with our decisions. The installation crew was also very professional and friendly. They did an excellent job on the installation.

Started with our dealings with the sales staff. Jennifer did a great job with delivering on promises. The deal was completed in an outstanding manner with their installer, Tyler and his helper. They were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. There was a small trim piece missing and Tyler came by Saturday morning early to complete the install.
