The salon itself is super cute, clean, and comfortable. I’ve been driving up to Austin for the past three years because I was scared to part with my old stylist, but I’m so glad I finally found this place. They took great care of me ☺️
Got a haircut with Kimberlyn and she was lovely! The salon is so cute, clean and everyone was so friendly. I am new the New Braunfels and I am so happy to found my new home for my hair. High recommend.
This review is long overdue as I’ve been a client at Gilded for over a year! I initially booked with Gilded for a haircut and saw Shayne their lead master stylist last summer. Even though I was scheduled for a haircut only, Shayne thoughtfully answered all of my coloring questions and did a mini consultation. I ended up scheduling my coloring appointment during check-out due to her building trust with me and my hair pretty much immediately (when you know, you know)!
