I had a great experience at Eye Care New Braunfels.I walked in a few minutes before my appointment and was greeted with a warm welcome by both Andrea and Natalie. I was not asked for any additional information as it had already been confirmed prior to the visit and entered into the system. There were no surprises or hidden fees, and any out of pocket expenses including warranty information was explained very well. The eye exam was very thorough, and even though I had many questions, I never felt rushed. I highly recommend this office.

As a first time customer, I had an absolutely great experience at this Optometrist/Eye Care Center! This was one of the BEST customer service experiences I’ve received from a business (from an entire Staff) in a while! Dr. Lozano was very nice and thorough with my exam and explaining the current condition of my eyes. Additionally, Andrea and Natalie were very patient, knowledgeable and thorough with going over the multiple selection of frames and the various options for the lenses that the center offered, to include explaining the details of my insurance coverage. I definitely recommend this location!! Thank you Eye Care New Braunfels Team!!

Thank you to Ashley for assisting me with my grandson broken eyewear, Was able to get him into a new pair of eyewear She made it happen! Yeah!!!! Very friendly and beautiful smile.
