Long wait times and crowded waiting room. Very short time with Dr. and very rude doctors because they are rushed. I've waited over two hours TWO times and saw the doctor for LESS THAN five minutes each time. LITERALLY! The doctors might be knowledgable, but they're apparently more interested in booking patients and making them spend an entire day for an eye appointment than booking fewer and making it convenient for their patients. This is the time of Covid, yet they pack their waiting rooms with elderly patinets and NO ONE, not even staff, is required to wear a mask and social distancing is impossible. I first came here on July 28, 2022 when I had some visual disturbances. I saw Dr. Christina Bui who assured me that what I was seeing was the result of an ocular migraine, and was probably just an aura, and nothing to worry about. She said it would get better and if I had any more I should just try to relax and maybe do some yoga. She also suggested that I see my primary care physician and maybe a neurologist about some medication that could help with the ocular migraine. I followed up with my PCP, and I tried some medications, but none of them worked. I do not usually do this, I understand things happen that can cause issues with customer service however, this was by far the worst service I've ever had in trying to book an appointment. I had to give them my insurance information 6 different times, had to have my insurance carrier call, had to wait two days for an answer back all to find out that they did not take my general insurance. I am having severe issues with my vision that usually dictact emergency appointments and could have seen someone else by now but trusted some of the other reviews. I am disappointed for not only that but that I and was not treated with respect or kindness.
