We were away on vacation and came home to a leaking water heater. Having used Connally Plumbing previously we called and a few hours later Justin and Evan arrived to survey the damage. The water heater in question had a bad tank and needed to be replaced. We were worried that since we have two 40-gallon heaters that the second unit may up and die soon. We decided to replace both units with bigger 50-gallon tanks. Both Justin and Even went ahead and began removing the old units and completed the work by the time the new units were delivered. They were hard working, pleasant and adjusted our water softener after testing our water for hardness. We had it set for 25 when it should have been set for 30. We will continue to use Connally for our plumbing needs. 5 stars for them!
I cannot say enough good about this company! I've used them 4 times in the past 2 years for plumbing emergencies and without fail, they have been there to help asap. Not only are they fast and dependable, they are soooo professional and really know what they are doing! The employees who have helped me have always been so kind and patient. I'm the type of person that likes to understand things and learn. Not once have they rushed explaining anything. They are kind and care... something that's not often found these days. Thanks Connally, you guys rock.
