These guys are a phenomenal company. From the scheduler to the techs to the installers and managers. I really love that they are truly local and do not try to sell you a new AC every time they come over. When it was time to purchase a new AC, they sent over a knowledgeable tech and not a salesman. My wife refused to go with any other company after our first encounter. We are truly happy.
Johnathan our service tech was by far the best AC technician I have ever dealt with in 50 years his knowledge of the systems was amazing and he taught me more about the systems that I've ever known. His ability to analyze and even explain the issues to a non-ac tech I was able to comprehend everything he was telling me. He represents a great pride in his work and brings forth great representation for the company
Brian came out right at the time scheduled!! He was very kind and thorough and explained every detail to me. He looked over every part of the ac unit and was able to explain things to me that I had no clue of. I had no idea our house had a fresh air intake that was sucking in hot air for 8 minutes every hour and causing our house to heat. He did not try to upsell or overcharge me and explained my payment options. Great honest work, we are lifetime customers!!!! Highly recommend
