We had Caledonia do extensive power washing and power cleaning the exterior of our public library building, as well as on the rock work and sidewalks on our grounds. They did an excellent job, arrived on time, and were very professional throughout. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was that they said they could do a few exterior repairs during the estimate process, but in the end were not able to. We will definitely use them again to keep our library looking great!
The work done by Caledonia on our farm house this last week, was outstanding. Mr. Gregan was on time, worked hard, and was successful in removing years of built up algae, mold and deep set dirt in the exterior of our hardy planked residence. These guys were awesome - very professional and affordable. I have an old (1920s) home with some *delicate* siding and they took every precaution to maintain the integrity of the wood, while still achieving the end goal of removing paint. They also trimmed up several trees and went above and beyond to pressure wash a retention wall that needed some extra love. I will definitely be hiring them in the future.
