I originally came to see Dr. Jonas for some shoulder pain that I was experiencing while participating in olympic weightlifting. I had avoided this sport for years due to this pain, and had been incorrectly told in the past by other doctors that this was likely due to a "torn labrum." Within two sessions, Dr. Jonas had correctly diagnosed my shoulder pain NOT as a tear, but rather as severe inflammation caused by years of overcompensation and imbalances. Dr. Jonas is officially our go to doctor for sports injuries! He is exceptional as what he does. Very professional, has a wealth of knowledge, calculated assessment process, very balanced treatment and follow through, and great personality. I was extremely appreciative of how he blended both the physical and mental aspect of recovery. My daughter went from not wanting to run or play softball due to back injury, to no pain by the following week and logging 18 miles. His follow up emails with instructions and videos were prompt and tools we will keep long term. I absolutely recommend Dr. Jonas, he was very reasonably priced too.
