I’m loving 9 round. It’s been a while since I have found a workout I enjoy this much! The trainers are friendly and helpful, the workout is 30 minutes, no set time to arrive, different every time, and a great workout!
The workout is quick and gets my heart moving! Samantha is a super awesome trainer and is very patient with me when i need her to show me the round again or if I need a modification!! She is positive and so nice and motivates me even when things seem difficult. I go because she makes the experience a good one!
This is by far the most comfortable I have ever felt in a gym. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff! Doesn't matter if you’re brand new to kickboxing or done it for years, this is the place to go.
