The owner of the company was belligerent and belittling to homeowners on Noel Drive in Longview, TX. Proper notification of road work to be completed by his company was not delivered to any homeowner, which was the responsibility of the contractor per the City. Trespassed onto homeowners property to yell at yard maintenance workers and a woman who had their vehicles parked on the road. This behavior was witness by four (4) other homeowners. Continued to belittle the yard maintenance crew. Formal complaint has been issued against the contractor by numerous homeowners on this street.
