I wanted to personally shout out Rachel Searson at HouseMaster. If you want someone who is going to take the time making sure to get it right, provide the most detailed and thorough inspection, look no further. Some great advice I got was to have an inspection done 10-11 months after moving into a new build, that way you can make sure your builder has time to make corrections while everything is still under warranty. Rachel was extremely detailed and did a great job of explaining all the areas of concerns to us. She was very thorough and made us feel confident in our decision making when we bought our house! The report was also extensive and was a great resource that were were able to refer back to. We were able to know exactly what we were getting into!
